  • Machine designed for maximum mechanical stability.
  • Machine frame is a casting block.
  • Flywheel supported by the base so as to avoid any overload on the crank shaft.
  • Ram movement guided by special prismatic gibs. This feature ensures perfect alignment of the tool carriage. Conical guide for simplified gib adjustment.
  • Complete tooling consisting of: tool guided by three Agathon type roller bearing columns, with hardened steel upper cutting parts and carbide dies, special rubber shock absorbers, strip guiding unit and end ejector levers.
  • Machine speed controlled by means of inverter.
  • Electronic phase adjustment (suction cup-scrap ejector-feeders) controlled by encoder.
  • Automatic double strip detector.
  • Large capacity strip hopper. Magnetic system for automatic strip feed from scroll shear.
  • Pneumatically controlled clutch/brake unit.
  • Separate electric cabinet controlled by PLC.
  • Digital display showing all machine functions.
  • New Cevolani machines are built with our traditional standards of durability and solidity. This allows used machinery to keep value in time.
  • The common Wear and tear spare parts are available in our warehouse.
